“Godislove... When I was a kid and we said grace over our food and da de da and you say amen, God is love.” Denzel was telling me today... “I thought that God is love was like one word. It was just something you recite all the time at the end of a prayer. And over the years I have started to slow that down, and really understanding that God IS Love and no matter what your religion or what Book you read, if you don’t have that, if you don’t understand that, than you have learned nothing!”

Denzel was being interview for his new film The book of Eli, directed by the very talented Hughes Brothers, Allen and Albert.

Just imagine the world after and apocaliptic change... Where only one copy of the bible exists... Eli’s has it and he was told by God to travel west... Gary Oldman wants it and he will kill anybody for it... Good-violent-thinking movie. Not bad for January.
